Limited Warranty
Hydrascale® warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from date of installation. In the event of such defects within the warranty period, Hydrascale® will, at its option, replace or recondition the product without charge. This shall constitute the exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, and Hydrascale® shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or other costs resulting from labor charges, delays, vandalism, negligence, fouling caused by foreign material, damage from adverse water conditions, chemicals, certain additives, or any other circumstances over which Hydrascale® has no control. This 3warranty shall be invalidated by any abuse, misuse, misapplication or improper installation or maintenance of the product.
Return Policy
Return authorization number is mandatory, and a 20% restocking charge will apply.
